Each month we’ll be sharing a few of our favourite pieces of content we helped create for our clients, along with a bit of insight into the process behind them. We’re all about quality over quantity so each and every campaign we run has reasoning behind it and an output at the end, here are a few of our team favourites from January!

Jo – Content Marketing Workshop at Harry Fairclough

We recently launched regional construction firm Harry Fairclough’s new websitewww.harryfairclough.co.uk and work with them on an ongoing basis providing fully integrated marketing support. After launching the new site its key to ensure that we can keep up momentum and keep driving relevant traffic to it and our ‘Content Marketing Workshop’ with key members of the team presented the benefits of an integrated content marketing strategy, ways of working together to identify and maximise great content and how what we do supports and amplifies the overall business objectives. Presenting in a construction site portakabin was a new one for us but the session was great and getting representatives from across the business along gave us a 360 view, ensuring that marketing activity is fully aligned and not working in isolation from the rest of the business. Exactly where we want to be!

Chloe – Twitter poll to engage a hard to reach audience

We’ve been working with One Awards to help promote their Access to HE offer and free events in January to introduce and maximise digital technologies into college courses to improve student retention. One way we engaged this hard to reach audience was by launching a Twitter poll aimed at students which we then used to Direct Message the colleges on Twitter asking them to share. We gained 84 votes in total and the tweet contributed to an amazing increase of impressions of over 1200% throughout the month, successfully engaging with the target colleges. It was great to see the votes rolling in and provided us with useful statistics that we can use in future comms!

Bethany – Filmore & Union Blogger Outreach

We have been working to build relationships with foodie bloggers to engage and reach a wider audience for our client Filmore & Union. Working closely with bloggers to maximise reach through research and understanding of their audience’s interests and how they align with what Filmore & Union offer ensures each blogger is a good fit for our client, which is a key part of our outreach strategy. We ensure that each of the articles are shared across social channels and have written blog pieces around the ‘recent reviews’ as to maximise reach and engage with target audiences.
