One of Yorkshire’s leading commercial workplace interiors consultancies, Absolute Contract Interiors provides a complete solution from space planning to office design and fit-out.

Managing Director Phil Brown felt there was an opportunity to grow the business by finding more innovative ways of reaching end-users of their services directly and tailoring the solution to their needs. For example, many clients could save time and money by making the most of the space they have already got and therefore not having to move when up-sizing or changing their business model.

Having previously relied on traditional marketing and business development practices, Engage Comms was tasked with helping Absolute Contract Interiors utilise social media more effectively to build brand presence, maintain existing relationships and build new relationships with end-users and their influencers directly.

We designed and delivered a bespoke social media strategy workshop and hands-on training for the in-house team based on their specific business goals. It included an in-depth competitor analysis and keyword research and helped them to integrate social media into their business development activities without it feeling like an ‘add on’.
