Elite Voyager is an executive chauffeur company based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, which specialises in airport transfers for senior professionals from Yorkshire based companies with international travel needs. The company also offers services such as transfers to and from major sporting events in the region, corporate travel solutions and a luxury wedding car service.

Having previously tried online marketing tactics such as Google Adwords campaigns that had brought in a few short term leads but no long term relationships with new clients, managing director Steve was looking for a digital marketing strategy that would generate low volume, high quality new business leads over the long term.

We project managed the build of a new website which focuses on on-site search engine optimisation with high quality content. We created a bank of blog content that is relevant to his niche target audience of executive PAs of companies with a Yorkshire base but international reach, and maximized the SEO efforts through embedding keywords seamlessly into the page content so that there was no longer a need to pay for Adwords. Since launching the new website, the amount of monthly users has increased by over 340% in just three months without the help of any paid for advertising – proving the quality of the content.

We also set up optimised profiles on social media platforms Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn on which we are now rolling out content marketing campaigns around topical, useful information for PAs who are responsible for booking executive travel. We are also using social media platforms to research, identify and target potential new clients along with positioning Elite Voyager as an employer of choice as the client looks to expand his team.
