Its multi-award-winning team and accreditations from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), Institute for Leadership and Management (ILM) and City & Guilds, allows Premier Partnership to deliver high-quality, cost effective learning and development solutions that have a direct impact on organisational performance. It’s flexible blended learning services and expert knowledge in areas such as public sector operational development has seen it work with employers including local authorities, NHS Trusts, and the Civil Service over the past 20 years. Over the last 12 months, the Premier Partnership team has grown rapidly from 20 to 130 staff as a result of securing places on some major Government frameworks.
After launching Premier Partnership’s new branding and website (which we worked with partner agency Adigi on), we are now working as an extension of their team to roll out an ongoing programme of digital and ‘offline’ marketing activity to help the company achieve its aim of becoming ‘the training provider of choice for some of the UK’s largest employers’.
This is a great time to be working with Premier Partnership’s newly bolstered management team to help take the organisation to the next level following a period of rapid growth in a fast-moving sector.
