Based in Ilkley, West Yorkshire, Twenty Four Seven Nursing is a family run, specialist agency providing highly qualified, experienced temporary staff to the UK healthcare sector. In 2013 Twenty Four Seven Nursing was one of 40 companies to secure a place on the new Crown Commercial Service Framework for the supply of Agency Nurses and Social Care Workers to the UK public sector which resulted in rapid expansion and the opening of a second office in Birmingham.
The company had just gone through a corporate re-brand when we were brought on board to ensure that the professional new look was backed up with professional content. Our brief involved revamping the brand to position it as a high quality leader in its sector in the UK and help it maintain rapid growth of both its client base and bank of qualified workers over the long term.
A different league
We began by re-articulating the brand, establishing a tone of voice, personality and ethos that reflected the quality of its offer to both clients and workers. Using the brand communications guide we’d created, we then helped to create a new website that did justice to the new branding and included interactive features that streamlined processes and systems within the business. We also firmly established a strong presence for Twenty Four Seven Nursing online via Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn and used these platforms to engage with existing and potential high quality workers on a regular basis, selling the benefits of the flexible, well paid work and training available and emphasising the quality of the offer to clients. All of this put Twenty Four Seven Nursing in a different league from its competitors and positioned it as a leading player in the sector in the UK, despite being a relatively small, Yorkshire-based operation.
