Engage Comms has developed and launched our long-standing client Money Advice Liaison Group’s (MALG) first Annual Member Engagement Survey.

Following rapid growth in the number and engagement of MALG Members in recent years, the Board felt it was a good time to formalise feedback and gather insight to benchmark where MALG currently stands in terms of Member satisfaction and engagement with a view to shaping the membership strategy going forward.

As its strategic marketing comms partner, Engage Comms is responsible for the design, development, promotion, analysis and follow up of the Survey.
