We’re proud to share that our brilliant client Luminos Insight has been shortlisted for not one, but two major recruitment industry awards – the TIARA Recruitment Awards 2025 and the British Recruitment Awards 2025.

At the TIARAs, Luminos is up for the Talent Solutions Challenger Award, which celebrates businesses shaking up traditional recruitment models and delivering real, measurable impact. It’s a nod to its mission to reinvent talent strategies through research that’s “powered by data, proven by people.”

And that’s not all, Luminos has also been named a finalist for ‘Innovation of the Year’ at the British Recruitment Awards, which saw over 340 entries from across the UK. This category celebrates the trailblazers who are redefining recruitment and helping organisations thrive.

The TIARA winners will be revealed on 25 September, and the British Recruitment Awards ceremony takes place on 12 November at the iconic Grand Connaught Rooms in London. We’ll be cheering team Luminos on every step of the way!
