UX Global is a well-established, highly regarded digital display manufacturer, supplier, installer, and innovator amongst its existing client base in the retail, corporate, construction, leisure, and housebuilding sectors. However, it wasn't telling its success stories to the outside world and had started to see the impact of its low brand awareness on winning new business.
Engage Comms was appointed in Summer 2022 to help UX Global regain its position as a leader in the digital display marketplace, seen as a trusted, forward-thinking partner by decision-makers (such as architects, design companies, commercial property developers, specifiers, and ad agencies) and be recognised by clients and their end users as a true innovator.
We started by carrying out an in-depth brand communications audit of the company, its competitors, and the marketplaces in which it was operating/wanted to operate in. This provided in-depth insight to inform a robust integrated marketing strategy and plan. Spending time at the company’s immersive showroom was key to getting under the skin of the proposition and identifying the company’s USPs.
We now work as an extension of the UX Global team to deliver a programme of strategic B2B content marketing activities on an ongoing basis. A key part of this is case study content on projects for the likes of high street retailers and theatres, some of which we have gained significant trade media coverage for (see here for an example).
