Verify, part of Perch Group, offers a new and different approach to field services in the debt recovery space.
In 2023, Engage Comms was tasked by existing client Perch Group, with launching its new customer reconnection and verification company, Verify, into the credit and debt market. Working closely with their designer and web developer to ensure the brand was aligned to the wider Group but had its own identity, we developed a narrative and B2B social media strategy that made Verify stand out in a competitive, niche marketplace amongst its target customer base of utilities and financial services providers. With a focus on data & analytics capability alongside a customer-first, compassionate approach, we sought to overcome some of the negative perceptions around the traditional field-based debt recovery model.
The launch was a huge success and the company has since gone from strength-to-strength, building a strong reputation in the market and successfully recruiting and nurturing a high performing team. Because we also work with the wider Perch Group, we are able to help Verify reap the benefits of being part of this fast-growing, dynamic business.
