Welfare Together was founded in 2022 by Tracey Stone, drawing on her 25 years’ experience in local authority debt recovery and at all levels of the enforcement industry. Her vision was to fill a gap in the market for enhanced support for vulnerable residents that would improve people’s lives, strengthen community resilience and offer maximum commercial and social return on investment (SROI) to Registered Providers of social housing.
In early 2026, three years into her journey, Tracey now has an award winning team that has helped individuals save more than £800,000 and an extensive portfolio of clients. She approached Engage Comms to help take Welfare Together to the next level.
We are currently working on a B2B marketing strategy and campaign roll-out that will articulate the company’s unique proposition to local authorities, housing associations and enforcement firms, and maximise the industry events it is involved in. We are also working with Tracey to maximise her personal profile and reputation through awards and thought leadership, as well as building a bank of case studies showcasing Welfare Together’s success and impact for clients to date.
