In what has been a year of ups and downs for us and our clients we were pleased to be recognised at the Construction Marketing Awards (CMAs) last week, where we were awarded ‘Highly Commended’ in the Content Marketing category for work delivered for our construction industry client Harrogate Steel.

Engage Comms was shortlisted in two categories; Best Branding & Positioning Campaign with client Allied Glazing Systems and Best Use of Content Marketing and the winners were announced ‘virtually’ at an online presentation on 26 November 2020.

Jo Parker, co-Founding Director of Engage Comms Ltd, said: “It was the first time we, along with our clients Harrogate Steel and Allied Glazing Systems, had entered the CMAs and we were up against tough competition, so we felt being shortlisted was an achievement in itself. We are so proud to receive the Highly Commended award in the Content Marketing category as this really is our core offering to the niche sector businesses we work with – creating compelling, storytelling content that inspires audiences and drives long term growth.”

Richard Searle, Commercial Director at Harrogate Steel comments: “We are delighted to be recognised in the CMAs this year, in what has been a challenging time for us and our industry. Working with Engage Comms has allowed us to take the business to the next level and realise our ambitious plans and we are confident that our marketing efforts will continue to be award winning and, most importantly, have a tangible impact on our business growth.”
