Getting on the housing ladder

As a start-up business, Howley Lettings came to us with a blank canvas. We carried out an audit of the local marketplace, identifying the most appropriate channels and content through which to engage the specific target audience, and developed a brand communications guide and logo/branding that reflected the ethos and personality of the business.

Making a house a home

We knew that for Howley Lettings, finding the right tenants was about quality, not quantity. The company had a small amount of properties that needed long term residents who aspire to own their own home. We saved significant amounts of money and time by avoiding paying for listings on high volume sites and instead publishing our own high quality content about individual properties and using social media to get them in front of a very specific relevant audience.
