In early 2024 Engage Comms was appointed by the Directors of an innovative new professional services start-up to develop and launch its brand and website and provide ongoing B2B marketing communications support.

Our Approach

Originally from a background in traditional recruitment and Exec Search, Natalie Douglass and Lee Parker had spent years working at the forefront of a new discipline: talent research & insight. They decided to launch their own consultancy to bring a more streamlined, clear offering to clients in a range of sectors.

Engage Comms worked with the Directors to undertake in-depth competitor and marketplace research, develop their unique proposition and narrative, design a distinctive and authentic brand, and build a content-led website before rolling out a fully integrated launch campaign and supporting with ongoing marketing comms including case study development and blogs. Since launching the business in February 2024, Luminos’ Directors have been able to secure a number of high profile projects for clients from financial institutions to household name high street retailers. The business has undergone rapid but sustainable growth and been shortlisted for a start-up award.
